The nights are getting longer and longer everyday towards the coming cold Winter. In such cold and dark months of such season, we often experience blues… perhaps some melancholic reminiscence. Do they make you lonely and sad, and/or inspiring and heart-warming?
This is partially a part of the cycle of the Nature, allowing us to slow down and rest so that we can spend more time with our mind, soul and others to heal and nourish ourselves through introspection and sharing. We’ve worked and have been working pretty hard all this time in one way or another, haven’t we? That is an amazing thing!! We can all benefit from a little bit of extra TLC for ourselves so that we can savour whatever we meant to be doing, either resting, working, caring and especially BEING YOU with clarity, purpose, joy & LOVE.
The next IMHT Flourishing Health Workshop is the last one this year of 2013. We will be exploring and sharing with you about DEPRESSION this time from an integrative and holistic perspective so that we can live and flourishing through our blues.
This workshop includes some exercise based on positive psychology, behavior medicine and traditional healing practices, that have been researched and known for its efficacy and effectiveness.
