Music Therapy is an established health profession in which music is used within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive and social needs of individuals. Use of music is effective in promoting physical rehabilitation and relaxation, self-awareness/expression and personal learning/development. In my practice, I incorporate the element of music therapy to engage the senses into the healing process to enhance the effectiveness of stress management, pain alleviation, emotional release, and deeper relaxation. Music, guided relaxation, and hypnotherapy can be combined to introduce positive changes and affirmation at your subconscious level for the sustainable benefits.
